  29.         If the first three characters of the SUBJECT of a message are
  30.         'NE:' (without the quotes), the message will NOT be echoed
  31.         through PCRELAY or other networking software.  It will be
  32.         inserted as a LOCAL message.  'NE:' stands for 'Non-Echo'.

  44.         result in a system hang if the number of lines allowed in the
  45.         main board or in any forum exceeded 409.

  47.      *  Fixed a potential bug if the message being uploaded exceeded
  48.         the number of lines allowed.  MainMail will simply truncate
  49.         the message at the number of lines allowed. (plus or minus 128
  50.         bytes).
